The agreement
AgentsCreator is a software service provided by NTechnologies.AE. If you use the product on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate signup details and keep credentials confidential. Workspace owners control members, roles, agents, billing, and deletion. You are responsible for activity under your account, including agents your team publishes.
The service
AgentsCreator lets you paste a website URL, crawl public pages, generate a knowledge brief, configure capabilities, and publish a chat desk (link or embed). The desk can capture leads and, if you connect Google Calendar, create appointment holds. Features depend on the plan assigned to the workspace and on third-party providers remaining available.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Beta or preview behavior may change without notice.
Website crawls
You represent that you have the right to request a crawl of the URL you submit - typically because you operate the site or have permission. Crawls target publicly reachable pages. You must not use the product to access private admin areas, bypass technical restrictions, or scrape sites you are not allowed to use.
Knowledge quality depends on what the public site contains. We do not guarantee that every page will be discovered or that extraction will be complete or error-free.
AI output
Replies and extracted briefs are generated by machine-learning models. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. AgentsCreator is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or emergency service. You must review published agents before you rely on them with customers, and you remain responsible for how your business uses the output.
Leads, appointments, and Google Calendar
Lead and appointment records belong to your workspace. You must handle that personal data lawfully, including any notice you owe visitors on your own website. Google Calendar access is optional; you grant tokens only for the calendar scopes you approve. Disconnect Calendar at any time in the product. We are not responsible for Google's availability or for appointments your team fails to confirm.
Plans and billing
Each workspace runs one published desk. Free and paid plans change what that desk can do (for example Night Desk email alerts, calendar holds, and monthly conversation allowance). Paid subscriptions are charged by Lemon Squeezy. Prices shown in the product are the public plan prices. Taxes, currency, invoices, and payment-method rules follow Lemon Squeezy's checkout. Failure to pay may reduce the workspace to a free tier or suspend paid features.
Usage of AI providers is metered against the workspace plan. Exceeding an included budget may block new model calls until the next period or until the plan changes, as implemented in the product.
Acceptable use
You may not use AgentsCreator to:
- Break the law, including spam, fraud, or unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Publish an agent that impersonates another business or misleads visitors about who they are talking to.
- Upload malware, scrape in violation of another party's rights, or overload the service.
- Attempt to extract model weights, reverse engineer the product except where the law allows, or resell the service without permission.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create operational or legal risk.
Intellectual property
NTechnologies.AE and its licensors own AgentsCreator, including the studio software, design, and trademarks. You retain rights in your website content and the materials you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that material solely to provide the service (crawl, distill, chat, inbox, and billing). Published agents may be indexed by search engines if you share a public URL.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTechnologies.AE disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, perfect crawl coverage, or that AI answers will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTechnologies.AE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, leads, or data, arising from use of AgentsCreator. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for AgentsCreator in the three months before the claim, or fifty pounds sterling if you are on a free plan.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the product and delete a workspace you own. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if a payment fails, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory local forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
