AgentsCreator is operated by NTechnologies.AE. The product lets businesses crawl a public website, distill an AI knowledge brief, and publish a chat agent that can answer visitors, capture leads, and take appointment requests.

What this covers
This policy applies to the AgentsCreator marketing site, account signup and sign-in, the studio workspace (agents, inbox, appointments, team, and billing), and the public chat desk or embed you publish. It does not replace the privacy practices of the businesses that embed an agent on their own websites - those operators remain responsible for notices they show their visitors.
Information we collect
Account and workspace
When you create an account we store the name and email you provide, a hashed password, and session data needed to keep you signed in. Workspace records include organization name, members and roles, agent settings, and the public website URL you ask us to crawl.
Website knowledge
If you start a crawl, we fetch publicly reachable pages from the URL you submit (and pages discovered from that site), then store extracted text and the distilled profile, FAQs, and capability settings used to run the agent. We do not ask you to upload passwords or private admin areas; you should only crawl sites you are allowed to use.
Chat, leads, and appointments
Messages sent to a published agent are processed to generate replies and may be stored so you can operate the desk. Lead forms may include name, email, phone, and a message. Appointment requests may include the visitor's details and requested time. If you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens so the product can create calendar holds you authorize.
Billing
Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive subscription and checkout status needed to unlock a plan. Card numbers are handled by Lemon Squeezy, not stored in AgentsCreator as full payment credentials.
Technical data
We log routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error reports to keep the service reliable and secure. AI replies are generated by third-party model providers configured for your workspace; prompts and relevant knowledge snippets are sent to those providers to produce an answer.
How we use it
- Create and operate your workspace, agents, inbox, and published chat desk.
- Crawl and distill the public website you submit so the agent can answer from that knowledge.
- Send transactional email such as password reset or operational notices, when configured.
- Process subscriptions, apply plan limits, and prevent abuse.
- Improve reliability, debug failures, and protect the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use visitor chat content to advertise unrelated third-party products.
Who we share with
We share data with processors only as needed to run AgentsCreator:
- Lemon Squeezy - checkout, invoices, and subscription status for paid plans.
- Google - Calendar OAuth if you connect a calendar, solely to create or manage the holds you request.
- AI model providers - to generate agent replies and extraction jobs (for example OpenAI, Groq, Google Gemini, or other providers you enable).
- Crawl and email vendors - to read public pages and send mail you trigger (for example fetch/read services and transactional email).
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect NTechnologies.AE or our users, or in connection with a merger or transfer of the product, with notice where required.
Cookies and sessions
AgentsCreator uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication and session security. These are required to sign in and keep the studio working. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the product for cross-site ads.
Retention
Workspace owners can set how long visitor leads and conversations are kept (30, 90, 180, or 365 days). After that window a scheduled job deletes those records. Account, crawl, and billing data is kept while the workspace is active and for a limited period after deletion as needed for backups, invoices, and legal obligations.

Your choices
You can access and update profile details in the product, disconnect Google Calendar, and delete agents or workspaces you own. For a copy, correction, or deletion request that you cannot complete in the studio, contact NTechnologies.AE through https://ntechnologies.ae. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (including the UAE and other applicable laws), we will handle a verifiable request in line with those rules.
Business operators who publish an agent should tell their own visitors how chat and lead data is used on their site.
Security
We use hashed passwords, session controls, and access roles inside a workspace. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Limit crawl targets to public pages you are authorized to use, and treat API keys and calendar connections as secrets.
Children
AgentsCreator is built for business operators, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
