The shop

A three-chair barber on the high street. They close at 18:00 Tuesday to Saturday.

Who still arrives after hours

Someone who cannot do a weekday lunch cut.

They ask: "Do you do skin fades, and can I hold a Saturday morning chair?"

What the desk can answer

  • Services and published price bands.
  • Walk-in versus booked hours, if the site says.
  • A hold for the owner to confirm - not a silent chair.

What you open to in the morning

A Night Desk card - on Growth and Scale - looks like this:

  • Name: Marcus Lee
  • Call: 020 7946 1102
  • They said: Skin fade, Saturday morning if possible

If Google Calendar is connected, the same request can sit as a hold for your team to confirm.

Why this matches the product

Barbers live on Saturday. A night request is a chair you would have given to a walk-in who never came.

What we will not claim

It does not run a full chair diary or take a deposit. WhatsApp and Arabic are still out of scope.
